Online Giving Options
St. Peter’s accepts electronic donations through Paypal. Donations to the operating budget support the operation and maintenance of facilities, the pastoral and lay staff, and the means to provide a “base camp” for outreach and missions to the community, region and the world.
Contributions are also accepted for outreach ministries to support our various projects in Ocean City and beyond.
Location & Parking
The church is at the corner of 8th Street and Central Avenue with parking lots on Wesley Avenue and Central Avenue north of the building. Parking is free in the municipal lot on Sunday mornings as the Ocean City Police Department does not issue parking tickets during that time period.
There are three worship services every Sunday, each with a unique style and character. Early worship begins at 8:00am with a communion service. In the summertime, the 8am service is held at the 11th Street Pavilion on the Boardwalk. A contemporary praise service is celebrated in the church’s Stainton Room at 9:00am. A traditional service is held in the sanctuary with full choir and pipe organ at 10:00am in the summer and 11:00am the rest of the year. There is also parking available around the corner from the church in the lots on Wesley Ave. and Central Ave. north of the building.
Being a Methodist
St. Peter’s is part of the United Methodist Church of the Greater NJ Annual Conference, which is focused on making disciples for Jesus Christ and transforming lives to the glory of God.
